Eurovision always brings mixed feelings ..is it political or not , is it fair or not... is it good music or just lame festival for fame-seekers ...everybody has an opinion.
i must say i'm happy when a song that comes from Bulgaria has success..it doesn't matter whether it represents Bulgaria ...for instance to incorporate Bulgarian folklore motives or not, whether it is something that i would listen or maybe not ...everything results from hard work.
But let's not forget that winning Eurovision would not save wildlands and wildlife in Bulgaria or help preserve threathen historical sites or ...raise GPD in Bulgaria and fix corruption or whatever..more important stuff out there ... that should be developed along side with culture (not to be confused with entertaintment bussiness)
